The Bead Cove:  Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receiving to receive a refund or exchange provided it is in as new condition and in its original box and packaging. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order.

Availability of Goods

All of our products are subject to availability and stock limits on the day your order has been placed.

What if Any of My Items Are Damaged?

Although we do our best to make sure items are well wrapped for the journey, sometimes damages can occur. If you have received a damaged item, please notify us as soon as possible, within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will then advise you on what to do next and may ask for images of the damaged item.

We will either put a credit on your account, or we may request that the damages are returned to us. If any items need to be returned, we will give you details of how we would like them returned. Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as we can’t guarantee that you will be refunded or credited until a return has been approved.

Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item and contact us straight away.

Delivery Delays

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay, our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.

Cancellation of Orders

Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its despatch, please contact us at sales [@] or 07929 356 101 stating your name and order number.
